Electronic submissions, in .pdf format, will also be received by e-mail to the undersigned until 3:00 p.m. local time, Friday, October 17th, 2025.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE REFERENCED RFP REMAIN UNCHANGED.

Sealed envelopes marked “Request for Proposals – Village of New Maryland Community Energy and Emissions Plan” will be received at the Village of New Maryland Municipal Office, 584 New Maryland Highway, New Maryland, N.B., until 3:00 p.m. local time, Friday, October 17th, 2025. The name of the bidding firm shall also be indicated on the envelope. There will be no public opening of bids.
The Village of New Maryland is seeking the offer of professional environmental consulting services for the preparation of a Community Energy and Emissions Plan (CEEP). The final deliverables shall: establish the baseline magnitude of GHG emissions from various sources associated with municipal operations via a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory; estimate GHG emissions forecasts, set GHG reduction targets; evaluate reduction opportunities to meet the targets; propose carbon sequestration strategies; and recommend measures to promote GHG reductions among community members.
The proposed work and deliverables, as described above, are currently scheduled to be completed no later than March 31st, 2027.
