Public Information Session – Forbes Property Development

The Village of New Maryland invites residents to attend a community public information session to learn more about Council’s proposed direction for the future development of the Forbes Property.

This session will include a presentation outlining the vision for the site, including housing, care services, commercial opportunities, and green space, followed by an opportunity for residents to ask questions and share feedback.

Topics will include:

✔ Development vision and future land uses

✔ Traffic, roads, water, sewer, and infrastructure considerations

✔ Opportunities for community Q&A as planning moves forward

Council values hearing from residents and encourages anyone interested in the future growth of New Maryland to attend.
