FORBES DEVELOPMENT
WASTEWATER PUMPING STATION AND FORCEMAIN (2026)
Sealed envelopes marked “TENDER – Village of New Maryland – Forbes Development, Wastewater pumping Station and Forcemain (2026)” will be received at the office of the Village of New Maryland, 584 New Maryland Highway, New Maryland, NB until 3:00 pm local time, April 28, 2026. The name of the Bidding firm shall also be indicated on the envelope. Public opening of bids will immediately follow.
Proposed work is located on Bismark Street in the Village of New Maryland and involves the supply and installation of an in-ground pre-cast concrete wastewater pumping station, submersible pumps and equipment, electrical controls and stand-by generator with propane storage tank. Piping includes approximately 100 metres of sanitary sewer and approximately 500 metres of force main. The work includes site works and a 30 metre road extension with associated municipal services.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified cheque in the amount of ten percent of the total bid price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents.

General Contractors only may obtain drawings and specifications from WSP, 80 Bishop Drive, Fredericton NB at a cost of $100.00 (including HST) per set, non-refundable. Only cheque or money order will be accepted.
Bid Documents are on display at Construction Association Office in Fredericton.
The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
